We started Pivett to do that screening properly: speak to every candidate, check their skills for the specific role, and only send the few who genuinely fit.
We are a young firm, and we would rather say so than invent numbers. What we can promise is how we work: one recruiter who owns your role, a first shortlist within 48 hours, no fee unless you hire, and a free replacement if a hire leaves within 90 days.

Each candidate comes with our notes on their skills, experience, salary expectations and notice period.
The same person takes your brief, runs the search and keeps you updated until the hire joins.
