About the Role

Pivett has been retained to lead the executive search for a VP of Engineering at a Series B logistics tech innovator. You will scale the engineering organization from 25 to 60+ engineers, set technical vision, and partner with the CEO and CTO.

Qualifications & Skills

• 10+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in engineering leadership (Director, VP, or Head of Eng). • Proven track record scaling engineering teams through rapid Series A/B growth stages. • Strong technical background in modern cloud-native architectures and agile delivery. • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, hiring, and cross-functional communication skills.
