About the Role

Pivett is placing a Principal Cloud & DevOps Architect for a 12-month contract engagement with a healthcare software enterprise migrating their core platform to a multi-region AWS Kubernetes architecture. You will design Terraform/Terragrunt infrastructure-as-code blueprints, implement zero-trust security postures, and build automated GitOps delivery pipelines using ArgoCD.

Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years architecting enterprise cloud environments on AWS. • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional or DevOps Engineer - Professional. • Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS), Helm, Istio service mesh, and ArgoCD. • Mastery of Terraform, CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI), and Datadog observability. • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and SOC2 Type II security controls.
